(Part 2) Funding Your Program Plan
For organizations in a restricted funding environment, developing an expense budget is only the first step in financial planning. Given the limitations on what many funders are willing to support, budgeting and planning often requires a complicated juggling process to match budgeted line items with revenue sources and restrictions in a way that funders will accept and that also covers the costs of program and service delivery.
This webinar will demonstrate a newly developed planning tool designed to assist organizations with aligning budget line items to restricted (and unrestricted) revenue sources. Participants will also receive a free copy of the tool for use in their own organizations.
