Rebecca works with the FMA consulting team to help nonprofits develop and maintain the tools necessary to make effective fiscal and management decisions. In this role, she performs infrastructure assessments, assists clients to identify and evaluate software solutions appropriate to their needs, and develops policies and procedures manuals and dashboard reporting tools.
Prior to joining FMA, Rebecca worked as a consultant at Hudson Planning Group (HPG), providing planning services, project management, capacity building, and technical assistance to nonprofit community-based organizations. She is also an adjunct lecturer at NYU for public administration and microeconomics, and serves on the Advisory Council of the nonprofit Volunteer Referral Center.
Rebecca holds an MPA in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS in Commerce, specializing in Finance and Marketing.
