Michele recently returned to FMA—where she provided weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly support to 15 nonprofit organizations in 2007 and 2008—after spending more than six years at the Rutgers University Foundation, first as an accountant and later as an accounting supervisor.

During her time at the foundation, Michele handled a wide variety of duties, including overseeing monthly accounting system closes; preparing  year-end audit support schedules; overseeing two funds; developing and leading training sessions on expense polices, budget analysis, and purchasing software; and revamping the monthly payroll entries.

Michele also worked as a staff accountant for Abrams Foster Nole & Williams and an audit associate for McGladrey & Pullen. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Economics and a Certificate in Accounting. She is proficient in Microsoft Office, FUND E-Z, QuickBooks, Adobe Professional, Microsoft Dynamics, and Lotus Notes.
