Chuck is a seasoned leader and consultant with decades of experience in Human Capital leadership positions for organizations from a variety of industries and growth stages–from start-up to fast growth to mature.  He has cross-functional experience in Human Resources, Finance and Customer Service. Chuck has often been asked to build disciplines from the ground up including, most recently, a global HR shared service discipline at a large pharmaceutical company (Covance).

His most significant accomplishments have been focused on capacity creation, process optimization and problem solving – achievements realized through a passionate belief in and deliberate approach to attracting, developing and guiding incredible talent and teams.

His HR background is broad based, with direct responsibility for a variety of HR disciplines including compensation and benefits, HR technology, employee relations, organization development and design, recruitment, HR operations and payroll, often on a global scale.

Chuck has a B.S. degree in Business and an M.B.A. in Finance and has been designated a Certified Benefits Professional by WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals.

He lives in Central New Jersey with his wife and two college-aged sons.
