FLSA Overtime Pay Regulations: What could they mean for you?

You may have heard about the U.S. Department of Labor’s proposed updates to the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)’s overtime pay regulations. It is anticipated that the final FLSA regulations will be published shortly and then take effect likely 60 days thereafter. The final regulations may have an immediate effect on some nonprofits’ human resource practices and financial projections. In this webinar, Lisa Brauner, Esq., Head of Perlman & Perlman LLP’s Employment Law Department, will share how the new regulations may affect certain organizations covered by the FLSA.
